Keep in mind commiting a foundation to give a CC a bonus is not the same as commiting a foundation to make a check successful.
Starting Character :::Chun-Li::: x1
R: Commit: After your opponent plays their third foundation this turn, play 1 foundation from your hand, following all restrictions and paying all costs. You may continue playing foundations this way until you fail a control check. You may not commit foundations (or play abilities that count as committing foundations) to make these checks successful.

::Felicia:: x1
Go second. Drop 5+ foundations during your opponents first turn. Start attacking or drop more foundations second turn and proceed to beat face.
Ideal first opponents turn you drop lord of the makai, soul of leng shu, iga legacy x2, whereabouts unkown. Your first turn crim uppercut, whereabouts unkown, multiple 3, E from criminal uppercut. Then Spike @ 11, getting +6 from legacy's and possible another 2 from soul if checked a 6 on criminal uppercut. Usually 44dmg first turn does it
2nd game sneak trick, since opponent will decide to go 2nd, swap out chun li for felicia and try for a 2nd turn spike.
Healer + impulsive works out quite nice. Nine lives let you get that foundation you blocked with out of your card pool and into your momentum. Everything else pretty straight forward.
Deck is pretty fast, tons of 5/6 checks, only a few 4s and only 8 cards check 3 or less (1x4 2x4 0x3)
Suggestions or a way to make it survive out of air-only environment would be appreciated. Thanks
