I know a lot of people may not know the answer to this, as the Daemon Hunters supplement was just released, but I'll throw it out there anyways. The sidebar detailing choosing the Librarian specialisation from the Deathwatch book says that when selecting psychic powers, Grey Knight Librarians are not restricted to just Divination and Telepathy, as normal Grey Knights are. This implies that they can select powers from the Dark Heresy core rulebook, such as the telekinesis school. However, when selecting psychic powers as a Librarian, you spend xp specific to the power. But in the Dark Heresy book, xp is obviously not listed for the psychic powers. So if my friend wanted to play as a Librarian, how should he go about choosing his powers?
