Ok, so as you know, everyone gets a free Tactic as a trained skill. I was thinking more on this, and I believe that as veterarns that most member of the Deathwatch are, they would at least have some passing familiarity with all the listed tactics. So what I did was rule that for Space Marines, all the Tactics are a basic skill, and trained represents further study or extensive experiance with that particular tactic.
