Hey, just started playing this card game and I have a few questions about some cards to help me in creating my deck.

Does the Winterfell location work with the Siege of Winterfell Agenda? From what I understand you can't gain any power outside of Military challenges with Siege unless it's earned by a character. But with the Winterfell location you can gain 2 power for the house by defending a military action. Am I right in assuming you'll gain that power because it was a military defense?

Also, with the Mole Town Brothel, does the brothel kneel when I use influence to stand a character or can I just use one brothel to use all my influence to stand characters? More so, if I have a card with 2 influence on it, does that second influence get wasted or can I stand 2 characters with it?

From what I understand about Siege of Winterfell, the only ways you can gain power when using it are:

1. Winning military challenges as attacker or defender.You would also claim a power for an unopposed military challenge but no other type.

2. Renown on characters still works for you.

3. You can still take power off an opponent's house card and put it on yours if you win a power challenge as the attacker.

I believe those are the only ways you can gain power with that agenda out. I'm sure ktom can give you a better explanation and might even make me look like a raving idiot.

You CAN claim the power off of Winterfel when you win a challenge as the defender. You can also use Make an Example during military challenges to claim 3 extra power. You just can't use any power claiming effects outside of the Military challenge.
