I wonder if this will cause a slew of cheap miniatures to hit the market. Hell, I wonder if this will cause people to start "pirating" commercially available minis and models.

My first task would be to make new Doom figures.
Then, probably 3D obstacles and stuff for Doom. Perhaps even terrain.

1300$ is cheap. You can pool money with say ten of your friends to buy it. Imagine all the decorations for your house/games/wife/whatever you'll be able to make.
I wouldn't know where to start looking for ABS, though. Definitely not in my supermarket.
