Just got the game. Read through the rules a few times but have not yet played. Anyhoo...

When building a deck can you include 'House ____ only' cards if you are playing a different house? I thought 'no' but based on the FFG article on the championship it seems like you can?

Am I misreading / missing something here? (I know you can include other regular house cards in your deck but have to pay the gold penalty to play them)

The deck in the article was using an Agenda that allows you to put any "House X only" cards into the same deck, provided they also have the Shadow crest. Obviously, if this Agenda was not part of the deck, normal rules would apply.
