Do you think it's possible to use psyniscience test or "sense presence" psychic power as means to target psychic powers?

What I have in mind is for example: Psyker is hiding behind cover because enemies use covering power, then he makes psyniscience test and aquires 2 DoS (you know exact location of being or item channeling or blocking the immaterium) so he knows exactly where enemy stands. Then he uses Psychic Crush against him so the annoing shooting stops.

My main reason for asking is that some powers have in their description that they can be used against targets in your line of sight (pyromancy mainly, I think) when some can be used against targets within range (force bolt, barrage, crush).

Thants for your reply, my main problem with this targeting was just how accurate psniscience and sense presence are. I've been thinking whether firestorm can be used like this (it's not a 'bolt' of any kind, psyker just ignites it in certain point), but the power's description states that you need a line of sight.
