It says in the rules for 1-player that the main character can always draw 5 skill cards, one from the assist character's skill set. Does this mean that Baltar gets 1 more skill card than any other player? Given his already nice skill set and power, I don't think this was supposed to be. What other character would you pick if this was the case?

It says the player gets a maximum of five cards, one of which may come from the assisting character's set of skills.

I fail to see how that could mean Baltar would get more cards than any other character, since that is during receive skills phase. However, I suppose Baltar still gets to take a skill card of his choosing during crisis phase. But Baltar would probably still only receive four cards during receive skills phase, like he usually does.
