Hey I have a question, either I keep missing it or there is no official rule. But where does the reaper start when he comes into play? I mean unless I am totally missing it on the sheet they include to explain the rules.

Under Setup in Reaper rules:

"Place the Grim Reaper Card next to the game board and place the Grim Reaper figure on the Portal of Power space."

Portal of power is his start point. He may not go into the inner region, as death is present already there. he may go into any other region, as per his movement rules.
