I have two dumb questions, that i'm not even sure where to begin searching for the anwers. Google can be a big scary ocean. Anywho:

1. I have a core set and several expansions now, and keep seeing cards refer to whether it is "summer" or "winter." What does this mean?

2. On the back of every box i've bought is a litte box that says "X amount of protector sleeves." What does this mean?

There is an expansion cycle that adds seasons to the game. They are raven cards that make it winter or summer. If it's winter you will collect 1 less gold every turn, if it's summer you collect 1 more gold per turn. There are also agenda cards that work with either season.

The color is the type of sleeves (size) that you need for the game, the number is how many packages of that sleeve you need to sleeve everything in the box you bought. So, if you bought a pack with 50 cards it should say 1, since sleeves come in packs of 50. I you bought a pack with 70 cards though it should say 2 since you'll need 2 packs to sleeve it, even though you will have 30 sleeves left over.
