Should snow count as cover-providing terrain for concealment purposes? It would kind of make sence since hiding in the snow is easier than hiding in regular open terrain and it would also be kind of fun. For example in the scenario Creating the Korsun pocket this would be a nice fun adition for the german. Then they can use a concealed bazooka troop more aggresively. Maybe movement should be restricted to two hexes or something if they want to stay concealed.
