Coldhands

By Mathias Fricot, in 2. AGoT Rules Discussion

I'm just reading over the FAQ, and I wanted some clarification on this. The framework window says
1) Active Player declares challenge type and opponent
2) Active Player kneels attacking characters

Forcing participation via coldhands ability will force him to be knelt as an attacking character in part 2 of this framework, right? I'm just trying to see if theres a way in which hes not kneeling to attack or defend because of when he starts to participate in the challenge (ie if its before or after you declare attackers/defenders). I don't think theres any funny business here, but I just want to make sure.

Curses upon you Marcus! Now I'm stuck with a vision of a Targ/NWx3 deck, with Rhaegar's Harp on Coldhands, and QoD Daenerys letting him roll.... though he'd still have to get Longclaw to have some Renown. :/ Well, it's only a 4 card combo to "rush" in a deck that needs to hit 21 power. :(
