Armored Maelstrom - Reinforcements

In Status Phase 2 the German is given a Tiger and four loaded half-tracks to place in two hexes. Apart from being a nice target for an immediate artillery stonk, it is not possible to legally place these five vehicles with a stacking limit of 2 vehicles per hex. Does anybody play-test these scenarios?

I didnt notice that one, havent played this one yet though.

This is really starting to get annoying with all these errors, for $80 (AUD) I would expect no errors (maybe 1 or2 but then an erata soon after), there are smaller games companies that put out far better polished games than FFG, come on guys.

I have already decided Im not buying anything else at this stage from FFG Unless they can change my mind with a future ToI release (then ill read the reviews and see if FFG has improved as a company)

I noticed that, too, and allowed the German player to use any adjacent board-edge hex to set up his excess vehicle.

Alternatively, you could rule that the vehicles have to move onto the board during an action phase in the round after they become available.

And yes, this should have been spotted before sending the thing to the printer. It is annoying at which "speed" and "frequency" FAQs and errata are released for ToI. Mansions of Madness is a very "young" game, and already in its second errata (never mind the fact that the second printing of MoM had to be errataed).

sounds like its not just ToI not getting the love. Seems like FFG just dosnt care

But in my copy there are 4 hexes marked with an R for the germans. two in 35B and two in 4A. Thus, I dont see the problem.

yea there are but the reinforcements that beresford is refering to state that they are on map 4A

The reinforcements do belong to division 2, and thus it would be natural to restrict it to 4A. But i cannot find that it actually says they HAVE to be deployed on 4A.

It says

status phase of round 2:

4 squad bases on map 4A...

and so on..

Ah! Sorry. I didn't see it. And yes, this an oversight. I guess it would in general be better if reinforcements entered by a movement or fire & movement action...
