Who's watching the show tonight? :)

I'm so glad new episodes of BSG are FINALLY here! This show is so great. It'll be interesting to see what happens in these final ten episodes. I don't want to say anything specific as it might spoil it for people who haven't watched all the current episodes up till tonight, but I have a lot of hypothesis of how things will turn out, as I'm sure most of you do as well.

It's cool. The return of the show on TV has made me want to play the board game even more, and the more I play the board game the more I want to watch the show. Everyone should play the board game this weekend to celebrate.

I can't wait! 10 PM EST.

My long awaited game is tonight, in honor of the show!

However a large chunk of my group isn't up to date, so I'll be watching it online first thing tomorrow morning!

The Last Cylon is revealed tonight so, of course I'll be watching! sorpresa.gif I suspect I'll be disappointed by this reveal, but I'll try to roll with it and continue to enjoy the show. The problem is if they've changed the rules for the final five ("they're special models") then we'll have to accept that absolutely anyone is a viable candidate. If we just try to decide who'd be a good choice as far as story goes, I really only come up with two picks... and they're both Apollo. Specifically, Lee is my first choice and Zarek is my second. Sure, there are other choices, but with any of them I just find myself shrugging and not being all that interested. Really, Zarek isn't a very interesting choice either, but I can see future story potential with him so he's on my list. I'm putting more credits on Lee though...

Ah well, I probably wasn't right. Why "probably"? This may well have been a red herring. Still, it was an interesting revelation about those of us living on Earth...

They have never really done the whole Red Herring thing on the show. Everytime something crazy happens, people immediately jump to "it's all a dream!...That person lied!...None of it actually happened!"

Even Kara dying. Yes SOMETHING came back after death...but last episode SHOWED that she did, in fact, die. So far...there have been 0 Red Herrings in the show.

Huh? You're throwing around a lot of broad generalizations there. I don't know who this supposed crowd is who jumps up and says all of those things every time something crazy happens. I think that your point is that they haven't used a red herring before so it's impossible that they might do so now. That's clearly not sensible and they HAVE done it before. Have you forgotten the early seasons where a main character was highly suspected for a few episodes? Heck, Baltar alone is a fine long-standing example of this. And the bit about Kara dying. Could be true. Don't know yet. A burned up body with some dogtags isn't going to prove it alone though.
