Is it possible if a PC has Swift Attack or Lightning attack to either use the an attack to Manoeuver an opponent with one or more of the attacks.

It looks like manoeuvre is a half action and it is move action not an attack. If you use half action manoeuvre you still have half action in your turn, so you can manoeuvre again or do standard attack but not swift or ligthning, cause they are full actions.
