Can anyone provide me with a good website/tool to possibly do card engine searches? I would like to build a deck but dont want to buy one of everything right this min.

As far as singles, you'd likely have better chances trading if you are looking for LCG stuff. There are rarely if ever any singles for sale on ebay or anywhere else.
Ebay doesnt even really sell singles. And to be honest, the singles you usually want are ones that are rare for others too. If you need the cards, you have to buy the packs, for the most part.
agotcards.org has the best search engine IMO. It has even been updated with spoilers for future sets. And you can easily search by chapter pack so that you can see the cards available in each one.
