Hey, I just played a game with my brother where we ran through the entire plot deck without either player reaching 15 power. Usually this doesn't happen, so I was a bit unclear as to what happens. Do we reset the plot deck and start in with a full set of cards? Or do we just declare a winner based on whoever has the most power?

I looked in the rulebook and the FAQ, but couldn't find anything that refers to this situation. Anybody got an official answer out there?

Have another look at page 11 in the rule book, towards the end of the first paragraph of "Plot Phase, Step 1: ... "

I can't remember what page of the rulebook it's on, but you make a new (6 card) plot deck out of all of the cards in your used pile except the one you just played. Repeat as necessary. Sometimes if we're running short on time, my group declares a winner at the end of the seventh turn based on most power, though.
