I played three factions (Misk/Hastur/Yog) during the regionals of Amsterdam.
I didnt have acces to a full card set. I miss the first 8 asylum packs (forgotten lore + dreamlands) with exception of Search for the silver key. I also only have 1 core set. However I do have many extra copies of the core set cards in blackbordered versions. Also i did not had the change to playtest it against other decks.
I did order Mountains of Madness and Ancients horrors when the reprints came out but unfortunately those packs arrived at my home when I was playing the tournament, just a few hours late. Too bad, because I wanted to add some cards of those Asylum packs to my deck. When the tournament was over I also got some hints how to improve my deck. So I will post the deck I played with and how it looks now.

Stalking hound is just perfect for this deck. It keeps coming back almost every time I use Titg. It pops into play and can be used to sacrife it, wound it when loosing combat struggles, when targeted with removal cards (Single glimpse). Thing from Nightmare is also great. When i get it in starting hand in combination with Titg I can almost always play it on first turn. Dr Carsons treatment is also a great card. Lets me restore 2 characters just brought into play with Titg and give it some extra combat too. Strange Librarian and Shortsighted Librarian are great deck control cards. The Strange Libr. can be used against opponent to remove some key-cards or on my own deck to be sure Titg is optimal used. Guardian of the key is there for protection of my Titg and Akrham Asylum. Dangerous inmate is a nice cheap character which will also lock my opponents characters after I get Victoria's loft out. Museum curator is there to let me search for Titg or other supports. Great part is that in is put directly into play.
With the hints I received and the cards from Forgotten Lore I changed the deck as follows:

Why the changes:
- Faceless abductor for the removal of nasty characters, such as ones with willpower or attachments on it. Also great for re-using my Museum Curator when I'm having trouble to find Titg or Arkham asylum;
- Ctugha and Atlach just because they are great ancient ones which I did not had access to before the tournament. Ctugha also works great against heavy combat decks (agency);
- 1 extra Hastur for removal of willpower and terror. Great in addition with Dangerous inmate and Victoria's loft;
- Come with us for an extra surprise on opponnents turn or just to get those stories quicker. Locked insane character however do come available again for opponent. But with Dangerous inmate that should not be that big a problem, just pick a character with no willpower or terror icons.
- Forgotten shoggot because of its nice extra's like invulnerability and cannot be blanked. Lets me also recycle all support cards and events. Does nerve down my Stalking Hounds however as it does not goes to the discard pile but back in my deck.
- Professor Lake to slow down opponent. Will not harm me that much because playing three factions and because I get characters in play by using Titg. Maybe even add 2 copies of them. However I have my own rule of adding no more then 1 copy of each unique. Its a waste to draw a unique if its already in play.
