I just got my hands on battlefleet koronus expansion and my group just made an torpedo boat. I have few questions about torpedo mechanics:

1. Can you use evasive manoeuvers against torpedo salvo and can you fire torps while manoeuvering yourself?
2. If you get a surprise round, where exactly is the bonus applied? As to hit bonus for the torps or as penality for the oposing ship's turrets?
