I couldn't find this in the errata. It comes in two parts. The first one's been thrashed out here before, but didn't get an "official" answer as far as I can tell. The second is related.
1) Should the Melee Weapon Training (Universal) talent incorporate Primitive weapons? The definition on p.103 excludes them, but that leads to three weird situations: a) "Universal" isn't; b) when the Rogue Trader switches off his Power Sword, he forgets how to use it; unless c) it has a Mono edge (and therefore isn't Primitive?).
Suggestion for next Errata: "Melee Weapon Training (Universal) includes the Primitive , Chain, Shock and Power groups."
2) If a character obtains the Melee Weapon Training (Primitive) talent (e.g. from Death World), and subsequently gets Melee Weapon Training (Universal) (e.g. from a Career Path), the (Primitive) version is redundant. Can he "trade in the redundant Talent for the Talented (choose one) Talent" as per the Skills and Talents: The Sequel box on p.15? That seems reasonable to me, but does depend on whether MWT(U) and MWT(P) overlap.
Cheers, Nick
