Questions regarding reprint legality

By Xenu's Paradox, in 2. AGoT Rules Discussion

1. If I have a card whose text, cost, and other game statistics are exactly identical, but the title has different punctuation- You've Killed the Wrong Dwarf from ITE vs. You've Killed the Wrong Dwarf! from Core set, for instance- are they considered the same card?

2. If the wording on a card is different but means the exact same thing, such as Westeros Maester Cressen (Marshalling: Kneel to discard a Condition attachment from play) vs. Core Set Cressen (Marshalling: Kneel Maester Cressen to discard a Condition attachment from play), are they considered the same card?

The FAQ says the following:

Some LCG cards are reprints of CCG era
cards. Can CCG versions of these cards be
used at LCG events?

CCG cards that have identicals stats, icons,
and game text as the LCG version can be used
at an LCG event. If the stats, icons, or game
text have been updated for the LCG, the original
CCG card cannot be used.

Going by that, neither of your examples could technically be used (titles are game text). Ultimately, it is up to your TO, though.
