Here is another invisibility question. If hermann has is Hermetica Occulta equipped and invisible hoax loses her mental duel to enter the path, could another invisible hoax attempt to enter the path during the same activation?
So, how does the invisibility thing work?

I don't think she could, because the Hermetica states: "A given CHARACTER may only iniciate this Mental duel once per activation." Hoax is still only one character, although there are several invisible figures on the board. But probably this question is one of many "invisibility questions" that should be answered officially. By the way, has anyone recieved ANY official answer lately?
Has there been any FFG response on this yet? If not I'll see about contacting Andrew Meredith (current Tannhauser designer) directly, but I doubt I get a response that way either.
I sent them several questions regarding other rules during the last weeks (even months) and didn't get any answers yet.
I'm sorry, nothing by FFG
Any word back on mental weapons/patmos on hoax? I definitely think patmos should work if not doom.
Also you guys are referring to using grenades a lot- how many do you guys get when trying to pin down Hoax? I've seen two Hoaxes standing together ignore 2 grenades (both getting 3 successes on each Hoax!) - which I thought was too much, but leave it to Hoax to shake it all off.
I personally feel like Hoax has a big balance issue in that her presence effects your entire team's choice of packs (for the Reich) or is nearly untouchable (for the Matriarchy- I throw Mines with Kaali, but thats all I get)
Well FFG has officially ruled that no weapon mental or otherwise may target Hoax.

We use these house rules when playing Hoax:
When one of the invisible Hoax figures passes through an opponent's Overwatch area, Hoax performs a Speed test, while her opponent performs a Mental test. If Hoax's success surpasses her opponent's success, Hoax is not revealed. If she doesn't, she is revealed in the spot where the invisible one was spotted, and the Overwatching character can retaliate as on a normal Overwatch. Also, an opponent may use an action to sharpen his senses, when he finds himself on the same path as one of Hoax's illusions, performing a Mental test. Ex. : Hoax performs a Speed test with a difficulty of 3 when enters a Shocktruppen's Overwatch, against the Schocktruppen's Mental test of difficulty 6. Hoax's player rolls a 2, and on reroll a 1, while the Shocktruppen rolls a 7. Since he surpassed Hoax's Speed (in logical terms, he was able to distinguish the ghostly figure moving), Hoax is revealed, and the Shocktruppen may attack.
This way, it's much more logical for characters with higher Mental characteristic to have more acute senses, thus being able to detect her.
