1. Loremaster's ability says "When this unit enters play, each player takes two indirect damage". Which player should put his 2 dmg first?? I know this may sound silly but sometimes being "the second" in such situation gives an answer what to play next.
2. If I have a Tree Kin with one dmg token on it, will turning it into development "heal" the Kin??

#1: Detailed Timing Structure (FAQ v1.4) seems to indicate the active player resolves the Forced first, under point 2 in the text.
