I just purchased the Core Set, the The Queen of Dragons set, and the War of Five Kings Chapter Pack (because it was on clearance). Where can my limited funds best be spent if I am looking to make a competitive Targ deck. Eventually I want to get everything, but if I know what would be most important first that would be helpful.

Start off with Song of Summer, Refugees of War, and A Change of Seasons to get you able to make a Summer deck. These two packs give you the important cards. Kings of Summer is one of the best Agendas for Targ at the moment and alot of Targ's cards key off summer.

For just a few very useful cards, Ancient Enemies and Of Snakes and Sand for Jhogo if you want to use the Dothraki characters from QoD. Jhogo is worth the cost of the CP by himself.
