Ok, where can I find the list that says what sets/promos are legal in block 3?

all cards with a 4 prong shuriken on them promo or not. ONLY cards that have a 4 point shuriken(and whatever the symbol is on the next base set through set 15 is) on them will be legal for block 3. Note there are 12 cards currently that are carried over from block 2 and that's the Assets of Power.(they were reprinted with a 4 prong on them).

As for sets:

Set 8 (Domination/Cutting Edge)
Set 9 (Deadly Ground/Realm of Midnight)
Set 10 (Flash of the Blades/King of Fighters)
Set 11 (Warrior's Dream/Flames of Fame)

As well as a handful of cards from Set 7 (Fight for the Future/Darkstalkers) that have the 4-point shuriken watermark.

At nationals Steve implied that there would be a sortable card database on the site at some time. Dunno when that might be given the delays and all.
