Is the damage of the Grey Order spell Blade in the Dark based on the caster's intelligence or strength?

Strength, which makes sense for the spell since the wizard is basically plunging a sword into one shadow and have it come out at another.

It's only based on Int if it specifically says so.

There was extensive discussion on this previously. I believe the argument was Int because that's the stat used in the check. I'd have to go look though. (Where's a dvang when you need one! )
