So would something like this card (i understand its not legal to use on foundations, but you get the point) count as "commiting foundations"? Is giving a control check a bonus different than "committing foundations to make a control check successfull?"

Also thats a bad example....you have to commit Soul...lets say the enhance was "E Discard 1 card: After you make a cc, that check gets +27"

Modifying a control check is not the same as committing foundations to help pass a control check.
