the horror grew, and madness was setting in. To avoid the madness could anyone please confirm how many water tokens (the ones to place on the board to confirm that it's an aquatic location) I have all the expansions, and have 4 tokens, correct? Or do I need to go through the hover bag?....

4 sounds right, 2 with Kingsport, 2 with Innsmouth. I checked the rulebooks and that's all they list.

Ironically, of all the pieces to panic about losing, aquatic tokens are the least concern. You have four because of redundancy: both expansions that includes them intends them to be placed on the same two spaces.
