The new launch of the Capital Cycle seem to usher in a new WI designer: Lukas.

I've been out of the loop for a while...but was this arrangement ever announced?

CoC seems to have changed hands to Damon Stone as well.

Is James still working as an LCG designer? If not, what happened?

Not sure what happened, and don't really mind. No offense to James, but it is nice to have someone who takes the time to respond to rules questions in a very timely manner. Thanks Lukas.

Yea I do agree with Doc9, james was a good designer, but Lukas is doing MUCH better.
