In what expansion will Johnny one-eye be released?

FFG has not stated which expansion these two heroes would be released in. They did however say that they would be released in a future expansion so everyone will have a chance to field them. We know Operation: SeeLowe is next so I am thinking the one after that (but who knows besides FFG).

My squad, The Black Sheep, have confirmed they are bringing both of these heroes back to Shepard (would hate for the big bad wolf to get to them before we do). I really like the sculpt of "Johnny One-Eye" as he is chomping on a cigar wearing an eye patch.
