Quick ? Are agenda cards, other than the first , shuffled into the deck or in case of Nights Watch can more than 1 Agenda card be chosen to start with.

Agendas are always placed next to the House card. Agendas are never in play, so they definitely never enter your deck, hand, or any other play or out-of-play area.

So you place all NW agendas next to your House card before you begin the game.

Thanks again and apologies but can you tell me how many North agendas there are, ive got a few but not sure if there are more i need.

There are 6 The North agendas in total, all released in the Defenders of the North chapter pack cycle, but one has been banned from competitive play (Blood of the First Men), and all agendas have been errata'd so you can run either Night's Watch agendas or Wildling agendas, but not both together (see the FAQ, available in the support section of this website).
