I am making a scenario where I would like to put some 'random event cards' into it. I would like to use the same sort of look from the Toi cards. If i were to scan in a card to my computer what would be the best way to replace the text and still keep the same background.

im trying to figure this out too, Days of Wonder Games often include blank cards for players to make there own/ replace damaged cards.(Avalon Hill did it too all those years ago). Hopefully Fantasy Flight will take some notice and help out. I have a few ideas for cards too. The one im working on at the moment is a Command Card..
