My command squads finally arrived

My 2 command squads have finally arrived! With these, my collection is now complete, at least for now :)

I used my command squad the first time on Saturday.

Played with them in 5 games. In 1 of the games I used them to heal a hero for a few points. Which almost seems like a waste of their potential when you do it. In 3 of the games, I failed to reactivate a unit or bring a bot back from the dead.

Though in one game I was able to reactivate a laser squad with a hero three times which was really useful and completely changed the balance of the fight.

I did use them with indirect fire a few times also, but wasn't effective as I had hoped.

Thanks for the AAR :) I have not opened my Command Squads yet but I'm so glad to read your report that Command Squads are not the guaranteed miracle workers they might become and will not cure bad tactical decisions. That slight edge the Command Squad *may* grant to a good commander makes it worth the while to field it in battle. That's what I like about the balance in Dust Tactics, nothing is overdone. I hope FFG will never release a unit which they have to ban later on because it is too powerful, like what had happed with Magic TCG.
