Will Ultra Pro sleeves fit my Descent cards? Will they be to big or to small?

In my Country (South Africa) bringing in FFS sleeves is just to expensive.

It depends which Ultra Pro sleeves you are going to use? Are they the ones from a regular CCG like Magic? Or the smaller ones?

If you use the larger ones, there will be space on the sides of the cards which will make shuffling difficult. And if sleeve is too short height-wise, then the tops of the cards will stick out which can cause damage to the cards when handling/storing them.

Try searching on Ebay for the FFG sleeves.

Is there a specific size from the FFS sleeve range i should be looking for?

If you go to the product page for their games, FFG will tell you what kind and how many of their sleeves you need. This is the one for Descent . I believe you need 4 sets of Green sleeves for the base game. I *think* that is the Standard American Game Sleeves or something like that.

I would highly recommend Mayday Games Sleeves. They are thinner than the FFG ones, but those are far too thick for my taste anyway and they are much, much cheaper. Their guide for what kind of sleeves you need and how many can be found here .

Check out the orange Chimera USA card sleeves from Mayday Games. Those are what I use, and the cards fit perfectly.
