Hi,

Was wondering if there was a house card specifically designed for a Nights Watch or Wildings deck and if so in which expansion it is contained?

There's no House card for either (they aren't houses after all), but there's a set of Wildling and Night's Watch specific agendas in the Defenders of the North chapter pack cycle.
