We have played scenario #5 some time ago and while playing it we encountered some problems.
If player picks up the Ceremonial skull and Keeper has his Uncontrollable Urges action card and player fails at least 2 luck skill checks in a row we can actually assume that from now on keeper has unlimited threat and player holding the Skull has unlimited skill points.
This in my point of view is kinda stupid. As soon as Keeper's threat has become unlimited we can assume that the very same turn every investigator on the map will become insane. Moreover we can assume that the next turn is the last turn in the game since keeper can easely kill any investigator now. Moreover from now on we can consider that no investigator moves since Keeper can always move investigators to any lace on the map using uncontrollable urges.
So my question: What the hell?!
Isn't this card supposed to be like command minion card. I mean isn't it supposed to be used only once per turn per one investigator?
