I cannot seem to find anywhere to download a list of cards in each set. Anyone have one or a link?

There is no list for download but you can see the cards in each set at http://agot.dbler.com/ or http://www.cardgamedb.com/

I like AGOT Dabbler (agot.dbler.com) the best for looking at what is in each set.

Just click on the drop down menu on the right called "All Expansions," and select the expansion you want to see a card list for, then hit search.

If you need an actual checklist, instead of spoiler lists let me know and I'd be happy to whip one up for you on cardgamedb .
