How many cards of the same name can be put into a deck? What about friend cards with different lvls but the same name? And what does [limit] mean. It says limit 1 on oblivion. Does that mean 1 oblivion card per a deck or 1 oblivion card per challenged?

there are allowed 3 of each level character unless it says limit one. then there is only one allowed in a deck. and promos are limit one of each per deck also
