Casual Bolton deck

The strategy is to sit around, letting people take control of your characters and acting mostly nonthreatening until you're ready to go off. Play a high-init plot, decide where you want to be in the turn order, and then allow your characters to bounce around after playing In Ramsay's Name. Win a challenge with Roose to take your characters (with a bunch of power on them) back and win the game.

Note that this is more of a fun deck than a serious contender. It's not meant to win consistently, but to add hilarity via characters changing hands repeatedly and pull out the occasional surprise win.

Going Knights of the Hollow Hill would necessitate dropping the Fallow Fields for something cheaper, natch.
