I wasn't sure if there were updates. I know I can't sell it for full price.

Treasures can be sold for half their price in town only. Copper treasures sell for 125 coins, silver for 250 and gold for 375.

Slaphead is right. In the original version of the rules it said a hero could "exchange" a treasure he didn't like for its full value in gold as soon as he drew it, but that was quickly errata'd out in one of the earliest FAQ versions. You must go to town to sell gear, and you get half price.
