It is as likely to be "Kings of the Rock." The Lannisters were Kings of the Rock in the pre-conquest days, like the Baratheons were Kings of the Storm. Question is whether it will follow the regular lines of the extensions or follow the lines of Stark.

Well, then they may have the called Stark box "Kings of Winter" instead of "Lords of Winter." I do think they're looking at the "current" status of the houses, and the Baratheon brothers were or proclaimed themselves kings in the story (that's why we also have "Queen of Dragons"). So I feel "Lords of ..." is a likelier title for the Lannisters. I think "Wardens of the West" has a very nice ring to it, but is not very appropriate as there's only one Warden of the West at a time.
