Story 2 (spoiler) objective 1a

At the end of the story 2, do the cultist have to be in the same room than the insane investigator to roll the dice and try to win the game?

The objective card only tell us to choose and insane investigators and roll a dice but on the second part of the card the text say you have to do better than twice the cultists in the room?!?

If there are 0 cultists in the room, the roll will always succeed. 2x0 is still 0. the lowest a player could roll is a 1, which is still > 0. So, I don't think it will technically matter unless there is a cultist in the room.

While that is true, the actual card tells the Keeper to roll LESS than twice the number of Cultists in the room to win. Rolling under 0 seems hard partido_risa.gif .

do the cultists have to be in the same room of the insane investigator ?

The short answer is - Yes they do.

Ignore the previous posters. Their logic assumes that 0 is bellow 1 which, in this game is not because the 0 on the die represents a 10. They are either being intentionally silly or very very thick.
