Rains of Autumn (4) (5) (1) [Neutral Plot] Characters, locations, and attachments do not provide income bonuses this round.

Does that include agenda's? (Knights of the Hollow Hill) I think not, but it *is* an attachment.

Knights of the Hollow Hill is NOT an attachment, it is an Agenda. And it grants the income bonus to the House card. So Rains of Autumn does not affect it.
