I got a player that are going to play an Ironbreaker, he want his character to come from a home that has been invaded by orcs or something similar. The problem is that I do not know about many dwarf homes, so if anyone have any names of such homes and references to were I can find background information about them I would be grateful.

Karak Angazhar is the dwarf stronghold nearest to Black Fire Pass, and was a featured part of the Black Library book "Reiksguard".
With the next expansion focused on Black Fire Pass, this would be an ideal location to have your dwarf call home.
