I've bought the initial boxed edition of wfrp3, but our company didn't like it due to a lot of bits and the PC sheet, which are disposable after completing the career. The new dice pool mechanic seemed fine though, so I still want to give wfrp3 a spin, but in a more traditional rpg way (as intended in the Guides, I suppose). No doubt, many of you have already tried out Guides for the very same purpose.
Could you please describe your feelings: does it really feel like a traditional (I hope you understand) p&p experience?
What definitely feels misplaced?
Are character sheets still disposable after completing the career (in our wfrp1-2 games PC sheets live for decades, comprising a living history)?
