Hi:

Playing with the Lurker expansion with 4 players. Two investigators used dark pacts and have some power tokens, two don't have any pacts and no power tokens. A reckoning card said more or less "the investigator with less power loses 1 sanity" but then we got stuck:

1) Should the sanity loss be decided only with the investigators with pacts? or the reckoning is affects all players?

2) When a old one awakes are all investigators in the same location? does Minh Thi Phan abilities can be used to add bonus?

1) Power is not explicitly tied to pacts. I'd say that they all tie for "least" power, and so must lose 1 sanity.

2) Investigators are allowed to trade as though they were in the same space, so I'd apply all "same space" abilities, such as Minh's and the Paranoia madness.

1) Reckoning affects all players, even if they don't have dark pacts.

2) I agree. Since the investigators can all trade as if they were on the same space, Minh's abilities would work the same.
