Can the Scion of the Everqueen be damaged with card effects (such as Flames of Tzeentch or Plague Bomb) or is her ability referring to the hp - # effects. I always thought you were reducing hp with damage but I am not sure. Thanks.

Damage doesn't reduce HP, Scion is just for -HP effects ("oddly" enough heavily DElf).
