I have a question of how Savage interacts with Church of Sigmar. Does an opponent have to pay 1 resource for each instance of Savage to actually damage a unit since it is a target card effect. I was playing with the assumption yes and on the topic what about effects like Sadistic Mutation which is also a target card effect. Thanks alot.
