Few Beginner deck questions?

At the moment I only have the core set but a looking to expand a little, though I am not sure how. I know I am suppose to get a second core set but I was looking at expanding just a couple of houses. So here is what i was thinking, get LoW to expand the starks but then wanted to also expand lannister though I wasnt sure what the cheapest way to do this was to get them to be on par with a stark core+low deck, so any thoughts here would be greatly appreciated.

Alternatively is the princes of the sun expansion enough to build a decent friendly martell deck or will I need to get some other chapter packs? .

The best way to expand a lannister deck right now is a 2nd core set. However, You could likely do reasonably well by purchasing a few packs from the King's Landing Cycle (specifically the first two City of Secrets and A Time of Trials ) and The Battle of Ruby Ford for Castellan of the Rock .

Princes of the Sun can build a good Martell deck, I would suggest adding in the chapter pack The Battle of Blackwater Bay for Venomous Blade , the above Time of Trials for Lost Oasis and the pack Return of the Others for Burning on the Sand .
