A few questions.

By Ken on Cape, in Mansions of Madness

I tryed a solo game to get a feel for it. Three investigators.

1. If the first action an investigator does in a turn is attack a monster in its same space, and he damages the monster, does he still need to make an evasion check to move out of the space? seems logical to think because he hurt the monster then he could get away.

2. I am a little unclear on action and searching. If there is no obsticle/ locked door, do you get all the cards one at a time the same explore action, or do you get only one card a turn?

3. Puzzles. If a puzzle is reviled with an explore action, can the investigator try to solve it that same turn with that action or does he have to wait until his next turn to try and solve it?

1. Unless the monster is killed you will still need to evade if you try to leave the space.

2. When you explore you get every card in the room unless there is an obstacle that stops you.

3. You do get to interact with a puzzle as soon as it is revealed - either as part of a move action or explore action.

All of this is correct. happy.gif
